Lifted, fresh and fruity bouquet with aromatics of apple and pear and some clay minerality. Young and refreshing on the palate with salivating acidity, flavours of white stone fruits and hints of white spice and honeysuckle on the finish.  Our BEST SELLER in New Zealand bars and restaurants.

Enjoy lightly chilled, great on its own but delicious with white meats and spicy Asian style dishes.

A lovely expression with a satin texture and light white spice quality framing flavours of pink rose apple and pear, a mineral slightly saline edge to the acidity and balanced, even finish. Flavours on the palate are persistent with a crispness to the acidity adding to the length and dry finish. A good choice wine to have alongside food, with a fine lees and core of fruit quality, and a whisper of honeysuckle on the finish. Best from day of purchase through to 2028.
