Lifted, fresh and fruity bouquet with aromatics of quince, pear and some clay minerality. Young and refreshing on the palate with salivating acidity, flavours of white stone fruits and hints of white spice.  Single vineyard Comely Bank vineyard.

Made to drink now or through to 2027. 
Enjoy lightly chilled, great on its own but delicious with white meats and asian style dishes.
